Mandola Bridge: inlaid, compensated.

    This is a hand-made replacement bridge in ebony or rosewood and bone, to fit flat-top or domed mandolas.

   It is 120mm long, 25mm tall before fitting, and 7-8mm wide at the base, slightly tapered at the top. The bone saddle is approximately 55-60mm long. Compensation is roughly 1mm back for 1st, 0 for 2nd, 1mm for 3rd, and 1.5mm for 4th course. String spread will be around 42mm. and must be cut to locate the compensation.

   It will suit required bridge heights of 5-25mm. N.B. Exact height possible will depend on any curvature of the top.

   It will need to be fitted.

   String spread can be altered if requested.
