Carlo Loveri & Figli

The Loveri family are listed as instrument makers from about 1825. There seem to have been at least three generations involved. Carlo Loveri, Loveri & Sons, and Diego Loveri are all listed. It seems probable that Carlo may have been the son of one of the two brothers, and had sons of his own, Raoul and Diego. Though famous for his mandolins, the family made violin family instruments also, including for Vincenzo Gagliano, who is not noted as making them.
